Letter to Ty

Happy 2nd Birthday! I am having a hard time believing that you are turning 2 today. You have been the most wonderful gift that I have ever recieved and I just enjoy you more and more everyday. I am loving watching you discover new things everyday and with every new word/phrase you say, I can't help but smile. Currently my new favorites are: "oh, no", "aw, man", & "monkey". You are very much mimicking everything your Dad or I do, especially your Dad. He can get you so excited and you just giggle for hours.
I am so proud to say that you have been sleeping in your new bedroom for almost a month now. We had to put a t.v. in your room because you want to hang out in there every night. I just have to move all of your clothes over and you will officially be moved into your "big boy room" and your old room will be ready for your baby brother.
I know you don't understand how much your life will be changing in a couple months but I promise that your Dad and I will make sure it is as easy as it can be for you. You just love babies now, so I hope you feel the same way when you have one living in your house.
My wish for you in the year to come is that you rock as a big brother, you don't want your paci anymore(they are so gross anyway), you become potty trained, and that your personality continues to develop the same way. You are the joy in so many lives and it wouldn't be the same without you. I thank God everyday he chose me to be your Mom.
