So I am still on the fence about finding out the sex of our baby. When I went to my wonderful husband for his thoughts, well it went like this.
Me: Do you want to find out the sex this time?
Josh: Whatever you want.
As you can tell, this did not help me at all. I know that this is a very easy decision for most of you but I am having a hard time deciding what way to go. I thought I could rely on all of you for a little advice and maybe you could tell me why you decided to find out or decided to keep it a surprise untill the end. As of right now I think I am leaving it up to our Baby. If he or she would like to proudly show off their "goods" then great, however if legs are crossed then thats okay too.
I am 15 weeks right now so the waiting could be over soon. I go back to the doctor next week for a check up and then I will make my appointment for the big ultrasound. We are going to Branson in June and I think it would be nice to know the Baby's gender so I can hit up the Outlet Malls and stock up on pink things if needed to. All of Ty's newborn and 0-3months clothes should still work fine, if I'm cooking another Boy.

I don't think I would.....I was told once that for the their first child they didn't find out and it was just awesome and I would have to agree and I am sure you do too! On the second child they found out and they said that it was not the same. Thay said that if they would have a third one they would not find out because of all the excitement it brought!
With Luke there was no doubt in my mind. I WAS finding out. But this time around we really threw back the idea A LOT.
We (well more I) decided to find out! For some reason after you find out the sex, then your able to give the baby an name, and pick out specific clothes for him/her. It's a good bonding experience. Plus! With already having Luke it is a lot easier to prepare him for his little brother Logan, not just "the baby". Good Luck!!!
I secretly hope you find out, because I would love to know. haha :)
I feel the exact same way as Sarah, it is just easier to prepare for and I think it helps with the bonding. And buying clothes on clearance now and waiting for her to arrive is so much fun! I also knew I couldn't wait that long to know what was cooking inside of me lol!
We found out for the same reasons as Sarah and Melissa. If it was a girl we needed to plan and get new things but when we found out it was a boy I still have a lot of planning to do as far as getting the room ready and clothes washed, etc. Plus finding out helped me to get over that mid way hump.
